Where is the coverage area of the card?:
Our call center is located in New Jersey. Since the method of contact is telephone, you should have some type of local or regional long distance plan on your telephone. If not, we can initiate a call-back so that you will not be charged any additional minutes from your telephone company.
When are the Hours of Operation?:
We are located in the East Coast and our hours are from 7AM to 11PM, 7 days a week, 365 day a year. Including holidays. You can even email or text message us outside of our hours of operation.
How are you going to help?:
We have several ways of diagnosing and troubleshooting your computer or software issues. 1) Over the telephone by speaking to a technician, or 2) remote connection over the internet to your computer. If you are pressed for time, or your question is outside of our hours of operation, you could also ask questions via email or text message, but only after the purchase of the card. Your privacy is always maintained, without having to invite people into your home or office. Just think of all the time you’ll save without having to tidy up the place, or waiting for the technician to arrive!

Use and Instruction:
Once you purchase the card, it can be used by anyone in your family. You can give it as a gift or use it for yourself.
1) There is no setup fee. 2) No minimums to maintain. 3) Your unused minutes/hours never expire.
Purchasing the card:
Purchases can be made through our eBay listings and are payable through PayPal using any major credit card or PayPal account.
Remember:
Licensed and un-licensed, registered or un-registered. We will never ask for your serial number(s) or registration code(s), or where you purchased your software. Your privacy is always maintained.
